John NOLIN. Her paternal grandfather was Henry EAST. Clara was born abt 1887 in North Daktoa. Her mother died in N. Dakota 1889. In 1904 she was living with father, William Clarence EAST and brother William Harry EAST. At that time Clara and Wm. Harry were both minors. In 1904 they received a portion of their Grandfather Rev. John Nolin's estate. In 1910 she was listed on the Jackson Magistrate District of Amelia County Census with her father and step-mother Lettie, and half brothers and sisters. Clara's occupation was something to do with the public schools. I did not locate Clara on the 1920 census. Did she marry in Amelia county?

William was born in 1766 in Burke County, North Carolina. I suspect that his parents may have come from or were born in Amelia County, Virginia before they moved to Burke County, North Carolina. William moved to Wise County, Virginia during the early 1800's and was married to Elizabeth Bolling and then to Mary Polly Birchfield. William is buried at Benjamin Bolling Cemetery in Wise County, Virginia. Any info is appreciated. Thanks, Keith

Jeter and Frances P. Eanes. Peyton's father Allen Jeter was married to Judith Crowder daughter of William Crowder. This is not my line but I was interested in Jeterville. I didn't notice whether there were any Crowder's or not in the grave yard.
