Anne: Thanks for your input. I was thinking medicinal also. But, there must be something else there too since every single time I see a request for reimbursement, I also see the liquor cost request too. So, not every single person would absolutely have to have liquor for medicinal purposes, or would they? I've also seen where someone found a stranger, just dead in the field, and took the man and gave him a "fine Christian burial" and asked for liquor reimbursement. It's as much as 1/2 gallon and sometimes as much as 5 gallons being requested for reimbursement. Thanks again!! Brenda
