Several lists I know of have more than one person managing them, so sharing the responsibility might be an option for some of you. Naturally, if the new listowner continues roll calls in April and October, that would require 3 or 4 days, during those times, of monitoring the list more intensely and helping those who need to unsubscribe during the roll call.
