I'm trying to find a death record for Virginia Ann (Carver) BROOKS who died 31 Dec 1931, probably in Charlottesville. Dept of Health returned my request (but not my money) saying no record found. They couldn't find her birth either. If there was an obit, which paper would have been most likely for the time and area? Thanks for any clues! Cathy in San Diego, California
