Dear List Members, I need someone to tell me how I can go about ordering copies of Wills recorded in the County between 1787 and 1802? Are Will Books still at the Courthouse? If so, how can I contact them for copies and what are their fees via mail requests for copies? I need to request copies for three different ancestors. If not at the courthouse, who has the Will Books on microfilm and how can I reach them via mail to request copies? Also, what type of record books or record keeping did Albemarle County use between 1787-1802 to probate said Wills or Estates that were intestate? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
