Rosanna, I thoroughly agree. Rev. Woods was a descendant of Michael Woods, Jr. as I am. However, I do not agree with his assumption that Michael, Jr. was the son of Michael, Sr. Senior and Junior did not mean the same thing as they do now. It was used to distinguish two men with the same name living in the same area. There is even a monument at the Protestant Church near Ivy that has Michael, Sr with Michael, Jr. on down several generations.
