I don't have any spouses or offspring listed for William. I have seen William Lively's place of death listed as both Albemarle County, VA & Rutherford County, NC. As for William's mother, & Mark's wife, I have seen her listed as Mary Hill, Mary ??? & now Mary Tiller. What documentation do you have showing her to be Mary Tiller? ALyce got this out of an old resarch item she had taken from IGI but this is indeed interesting as to the McGhee and TIller possiblities. Perhaps she is a dtr of Wm TIller of Amherst Co(One of the WIlliam Tillers in Amherst Co married a Sarah McGhee) so maybe there is another strange connection there somewhere? My Tiller family is totally confusing as there are so many WIlliams( or so it seems). THus I have been forced to pursue the females to see if i can come up with some additional information to go one suchs as WIlls and deeds, mentioning any TIller men?? any more clues out there are VERY WELCOME indeed.. regards Alyce
