To son, James MARTIN, 447 acres land in Henrico Co., a Negro woman and her issue, and household goods now in his custody. To grandson, John MARTIN, my plantation next to Joseph PLEASANTS' plantation above my dwelling house on James River. To daughter, Judith CHASTEEN, a bed, Negro woman and 2 children. To her son, John JESSODON, 1 Negro man. The estate left by Thomas JESSODON which I delivered to Renny CHASTEEN till John JESSODON is of age, then to be divided between them; if John JESSODON dies before coming of age, the whole to go to Renny CHASTAIN. To daughter, Jane MARTIN, 2 Negros of 40 pounds currency, with bed and furniture and 1 Mulatta girl. To George PAYNE, 20 shillings to be distributed among the poor of this Parish. To wife, Margaret MARTIN, this plantation on which I now live adjoining Wm. RANDOLPH, Jr. with all Negros and stock, after her death to go to son, Peter MARTIN.
