According to my research, Francis Skipper/Scipper/Skiper and his son George and his son George lived in Southampton County in the late 1600s and up to mid 1700s. Does anyone have any information about them or their family. I know that George1 was married to Mary Bailey, a Nottoway Indian, and became known as an important man of the Nottoway Indians.
