Does anyone know where I can view the actual images of the 1880 census taken in Virginia, Henrico County, Richmond city? Thanks for any suggestions that someone might have! I belong to Heritage Quest, but the 1880 census is not online. Family Search, LDS site, doesn't have the actual images, and, lastly, I am angry with Ancestry.com and have refused to renew there. Actually the 1880 census images are on Heritage Quest--it is just not indexed! Go to FamilySearch and locate the exact area (usually county and township) and the page number. Then go to HeritageQuest and at the top of the page click on "browse" instead of "search". Then fill in the year, state, county, and location in the boxes. You may have to scroll through a few pages of images, but you should be able to find them. Heritage Quest has all the census images, but not all the indexes.
