David owend land he bought from Josiah Shipp on Crupper run, Lunenburg CO.Va which is beside Coxes, Estes, and Chandlers not far from Joseph Johnson. Crupper run seems to be west of the Middle Fork of the Meherrin River and was at one time called Robertsons Fork.
