    3. Can anyone download this Bible Record for me? The original is supposed to be on file at The Virginia State Library. I have tried to bring it up but it requires a VTLS TIFF VIEWER and it does not support my computer which is Windows ME. It only supports Microsoft Windows versions 3.//95/98.
