In my research of my EASTHAM family I have a group of deeds with these phrases. I've looked but haven't found an explanation elsewhere. This list is so helpful, can someone explain this please? "is lawfully and rightfully seised in his own Right of a good sure Perfect Absolute and Indefeasible Estate of Inheritance in fee simple" and "have Good Rightfull power and Lawfull Authority to sell and convey the same" Judi
