    3. Your "legal advice" question said "administrator" which, of course, means that the person whose estate it was died "intestate." Though you did not ask, remember that valid wills are "executed" - "testate" deaths - and these have NO administrator/administratrix. The deceased in a will can/could designate whoever he/she chose as executor, subject, of course, to the approval of the court.
