No version of Windows has a built-in TIFF viewer. MS Internet Explorer is the default viewer for many type of graphic files, but not TIFF. Almost every photo program supports TIFF though. I have found that Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows ME (also Windows 2000 Professional) each come with a program called "Imaging" under Accessories. Occasionally, it does not get installed but it does come with these versions of Windows. This "Imagine" program will 'read' tiff files and a browser can be configured to use this to view the tif files that are online.
