Hi, I had a similar experience with a lack of response from TLC back in November 2002. I placed an online order, got an automated reply acknowledging it, and then . . . nothing. I too tried calling (it had been disconnected back in late Nov or early Dec 2002), tried customer service via email, got no reply, eventually sent a fax, which did go through, but got no reply from that either. To date I have met several other people who had had similar experiences. This was my first contact with TLC (or non-contact might be a better description). I understood they were a reputable firm in the past. It's very disheartening to discover they aren't even responding at all, and even more that they have not taken down the website when they are clearly not responding to orders. Barbara Schenck
