In my last post, I corrected our NN ancestry.com to reflect that it was Elizabeth Rodham who married Richard Kenner and Hannah Rodham who married Christopher Neale. I mentioned, but did not name, two other of his four known daughters. They were named in the will of their mother as Susannah and Mary. Of Mary nothing further is known. Susannah married Robert Mason, who was executor to her will. I have inputted the children as given in the lengthy article by C. D. Cochran and published in the 1975 (Vol. 12) issue of The Bulletin of the Northumberland County Historical Society. The question has come about a fictional daughter "Sarah Rodham" who married a Claudius "Cloud" TRUSSELL. There is probably some link to this family, but the evidence is lacking that Matthew Rodham had any daughter named Sarah. If there is a Trussell family link, it would most likely be through a sister of Matthew Rodham, and go back to his days at Kent Island. Just throwing this out. I'm also interested to learn how we know that the wife of Matthew Rodham was Elizabeth HEWLITT. Craig Kilby
