This book just came out a few months ago. It's titled: *The Shepherd's Fold: Cemetery Records of Northumberland County, Virginia Churches* and is published by New Papyrus Press. It was compiled by the Northern Neck of Virginia Genealogical Society, and spear-headed by Robert McKinney of Irvington. It contains entries for over 10,000 people buried in church cemeteries in Northumberland County. Most of the dates will be from ca 1820 forward. Copies can be purchased from the Mary Ball Washington Museum & Library by calling 804-462-7280, or on-line from the publisher, John Vogt from his web site. A library copy is at the Mary Ball Washington Museum & Library in Lancaster, VA if you happen to be local or visiting, call # H-155. This is the 2nd book within a year to be published on Northumberland County gravestones. The first, by Prosser Crowther, was titled *Rocks of Ages* and compiles stones found in family graveyards. Crowther's book is only available for purchase through him, and regrettably I do not have his contact information. It is, however, available at the MBW library (not for sale at the museum gift shop).
