But after two or three hours were past & his brother Carty was gott out of his bed and asked him how he did he Replyed he was indifferent well, Mr: Carty said, Brother I understand you made a Will, & he Replyed yes then Ma Carty Demanded whether he remembered his will, and Desired yt he may hear him Repeat it, he replyed yes, and so began I give my Cloaths, sword & Belt to ye Irishman, and ye first mare foal yt any of my mares bring to Ann Robinson, & after my Debts are Paid, the Remainder of my Estate to be Equally Divided between my five Couzens, Then Mr: Carty demanded what five Couzens and he replyed I mean my foure Cozens wch be them sd MaCarty, he made answer your three Children & Robert Baylys Child, and I think I owe Samll Bayly two thousand weight of Tobacco or thereabouts. Then Mr Carty demanded whom do you appoint to performe your Will and he replyed whom should I but you, for I think you have most right to it, and after your Death Sall: Bayly if he survives you is to see it performed, & oversee it till ye Children comes to age, and my horse Turk I Leave him also Then Mr Carty Demanded do you give him ye horse over & above his Debt & he replyed Yes. Children I show for Dennis McCarty and Elizabeth Billington are Capt.
