Yes, I agree that this William Marshall, who was son of Thomas who died in 1704 in Westmoreland and sold land inherited from Thomas to his brother John "of the forest," was married to Elizabeth "Betty" Williams. William Marshall's children seem to have married into the Durrett, Estes, and Yates families among others.
