I see that Craig Scott now has this book on his web site Here is the link http://heritagebooks.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=HBI&Product_Code=101-S5441&Category_Code= His site does not tell us anything about who did the research, who did the editing or, well much of anything else.....but, in at the course of the work, I will say I was stunned at the number of people we found in this project who were born in New England and the British Isles. I would definitely recommend this for a local library collection. Craig
