Jim, yeah. I'll get right on that. If you have access to JSTOR you can find the article there. Severe copyright and access issues involved. It would be easier to go through VHS and post it through a link at MBW. That too requires permission issues. It seems to be simpler for others to just find a pirate copy and shamelessly slap it up on the internet without a care about professional ethics or being sued.
