Craig, Thank you for your thought provoking questions about using the Horton book as a source. He cites some sources, even verbatim, but does not source every individual. I will note original source whenever possible. I have verified some of his sources and they have been consistent with his information. I have found a few inconsistencies within the book, but they are few. I may find more as I find more primary sources. Thank you for the suggestion that I request further information from MBW.
