David, The Bulletin of the Northumberland County Historical is published by -- who else?-- The Northumberland County Historical Society. It is not a newsletter. It is an annual magazine. They have boxes of back issues and I'm sure they'd be happy to sell you one of them. Here is their web site: http://northumberlandvahistory.org/ Virginia "Bootsy" Randolph is the on-site staff member. She'll be happy to help you. I have cataloged the articles in all issues of this magazine (as well as the Northern Neck of Virignia Historical Magazine) on the Mary Ball Washington Musuem & Library web site which is at: http://mbwm.org/search.asp I did not always catalog each and every article as a separate entry. Often they will be found in the description of the particular issue. The Northumberland County Historical Society does not have an on-line catalog, though I have tried to convince them to use librarything.com to do so. BTW, neither magazine is copyrighted.
