Craig, Has there been any discussion or reports of "guides" through dreams or otherwise that have led to research finds? Or this too over the top for the group? There are some extremely knowledgable people on there with vastly different areas of expertise. It is managed (and created by) Larry Boswell of Toronto, Canada. It is relatively new and was created primarily as a more open-minded, free-thought list serve than the APG (Association of Professional Genealogists) list, which is moderated to the point that just saying "good morning" might land you in the "banned" column. There is no thought control on the theorygen list, and it would take quite a hugely insulting, way off base, out of the ballpark post to get you tossed off. I hope to see some of you there soon. Chocy, This would be a great topic for that list. Definitely not over the top and I think it would bring out quite a bit of discussion and experiences. I hope you'll join that list and bring it up. Keep in mind, nothing is off topic for that list if it relates to genealogy and research. I for one would love to read what people have to say on this topic. You can bring it up here on the NN list too, if you'd like.
