Jim, If he is buried in Virginia (Winchester) and has a stone, we (War of 1812 Society) are not aware of it and it is not in the database being used for publication of the upcoming book on veterans buried in Virginia. If you ever find it, please me know ASAP. Of my line that went from Richmond to Fauquier to Harrison Co, VA, Sanford is the only one to move back East (Harrison Co to Winchester,) and his children moved from there back to Fauquier Co - go figure....
