Linda, Thanks for sending this. Neither Hayden in "Virginia Genealogies" nor Hill in "Ball Outline" included Elizabeth Kenner as a daughter of Rodham Kenner and Hannah Fox. She was, however, in our NN tree on ancestry. Question: Under children by Robert-3 Vaulx (d. 1727) you only mention one son, Robert-4 Vaulx. The will of Robert-3 Vaulx also names a son James and an unnamed 3rd child. Were these his children by a different wife? Did the other two die young? Or, was there some other reason you them off this list? Craig, I haven't worked on the Vaulx line and was only interested in the marriage of Elizabeth Kenner to Lawrence DeButts. The only reason I had Robert, Jr. listed is because of the mention of him in the will below. I "think" the Samuel DeButts below was a nephew of Rev. Lawrence DeButts. Will of Samuel DeButts, SMC* 8/11/1754-9/5/1754. Wife: Mary, all of my lands near the Bay of Chesapeake in SMC that is, the plantation now in the possession of Lewis Oliver called "Clocker's Marsh"; the plantation on which Mark Stephens (deceased) formerly lived; the plantation of "Dunbarr"; dwelling house, outhouses, furniture, negroes in my own possession and the negroes of my property which are in the possession of Robert Vaulx, now of Westmoreland Co., VA; lands now known in VA; plantation adjoining John at Clark's plantation (that's what it says) commonly called "Strife" together with the plantation (adjoining widow Clarke) called "The Brooke"; also plantation now in the possession of James King called "His Lordship's Favour" together with 58 ac. of manor land adjacent.
