    3. Janean Even if we all understood everything about the DNA, we still have to contact our Matches; share ancestry info; and determine the Common Ancestor(s)! It's really that simple! The DNA includes detailed information from your ancestors, but it doesn't know any names, dates, places, generations, etc. only the genealogist can put a "face", so to speak, on the story the DNA has. Whether we understand it or not, the testing companies have designed the tests so the Matches are our cousins, and we can contact them. That leads directly to the next step in all DNA testing - contacting our Matches and putting a "face" on our Common Ancestors. Jim - Sent from my iPhone - FaceTime!
