Cheryl, Many years ago when I started this, it was letters and long distance. I had to set it all aside some 20yrs ago, and am just now retired and getting back to it, so this is all new again. I had very little on this whole side of my family, so didn't know where to go with it. Like yourself, I feel it can be helpful to look for others around or married into that family. It's getting late, so I'll look at what I have and be back to you tomorrow. I do have copies of photos of Corneilius McShane and his wife, Margaret Donaldson. She is a daughter of James and grandaughter of Charles Donaldson. I also have photos of Corneilius' brother Olive Silvanus and their sister Ellen, who married Thomas Jarrett. I have him as well. My line is that of Joseph Guseman. His son Godfrey m. Margaret Carroll, dau of Anthony & Rose Hall Carroll. (Joseph also had a dau. Susannah, who m. Thomas Murdock ) Godfrey's son, Amaziah m. Mary McShane dau of Corneilius & Margaret Donaldson McShane. Amaziah had children Mary and James Donaldson Guseman. It was said that Amaziah & 2nd wife Verlinda died in a fire "in one of the western states" . I think this was ca 1852. At any rate, Mary went back to Morgantown and James came to Texas, married Mrs Alzira Insall Duke and raised a family of 2 sons and 3 daughters. Your Cousin, Mike
