    3. Jessie I do not know if the book is available but what i have is CD #520 Genealogical Records Early West Virginia Settlers 1600s-1900s. In the section of WVa estate settlements it has on page 119 Harbert, Samuel, Will, 3-15-1847. Dev.: Ruhama Crothers. Eliz., Sarah, Rebecca, Harvey, Mary Randall, daus. Hassel Harvey friend. On this same Cd is shows Samuel Harbert was a Rev War soldier. and that Abigall Loofborough married Samuel Harbert. There is no Esther Clemens, Clemmons, Clements. Michael.

    3. When you say this CD is on West WVA settlers, is the area near PA, VA. I am looking at bef 1800 for Thoroughman, Thoroman, Thurman.
