RIGHTMIRE and DAUGHERTY in Monongalia and Harrison Counties Late 1700's and early 1800's. Especially James Rightmire and Elizabeth Daugherty who l married in 1802 in Monongalia Co. Especially interested in an area that is now in Preston Co West Virginia along the Cheat River near Kingwood known as Daugherty and later as Elliott.
