Hello I am trying to track a John Johnston,Johnson,Johnstone who was born in Taylor Monongalia or Harrison County to Robert Johnston and Mahala Carder in 1820. John married Susan Day. They had five children; Sara Jane b 1841 who married C.L. Shuttleworth. James b 1850 married ?, Mahala Ann b 1853 married James Crozier, Abraham b 1854 married Ada White and George Samuel b 1856 married Annie McKirahan. I believe John died before 1877 and the rest of the family moved to Bellaire Ohio. I am trying to find out when and how John (b 1820) died? Don't know if he was in the Civil War. I am also trying to track James (born 1850). He may have relocated to Missouri. Sally Havens
