MY o my the stero typing my kids lived through. A BRAT IS a BRAT in any society a unmannered child can definitely be a BRAT. Normally Brat in military lives means a child that has moved from base to base to base and has no roots so to speak but that is my thoughts. I had five children but not one was a BRAT.
