Have you tried the Vital Statistics area in Clarksburg and Charlston? I was going to suggest the Roots Web site but noticed you have gone thru them already. You might try some of the Family History centers in the LDS Church near you. They should have them listed in the phone book if there is a meeting house close by. I've been doing Genealogy for about 40 years and love it but get a little disappointed when I can't find someone HA. We are still searching for my Husbands Father who disappeared in 1934. He married Jennie M. Wilkinson in Marion Co. on Feb. 19, 1898. They lived in Bridgeport in the 1920 census. Jennie was the daughter of Harlow P. Wilkinson and Mary Columbia Righter.
