Are the people that are sending emails to an individual (personal note) not able to send the email to that particular person??? I thought this site was for queries - postings of information to everyone.. There are 50 some emails per day coming from the VA-Harrison-Monongalia-L email address. 90 % of these are either to an individual, or a repeat of an email less than a week old. Do these offenders just not know that they can send their personal/repeat email to the person they are trying to reach without sending it to everyone?
