Jim, Yes, the County Assessors Office does provide copies of maps - they a pretty helpful- it woould be best to locate the area you want on Burshy Fork on a State Road Map - Iand send it to them - I doubt the the clerks will have any way to locate the property unless you have the parcel number which includes their map number also - if you don't know their map number - it's a Catch 22 situation. The maps are not that expensvie I think $3.00 to $6.00 per map.     3. There are copies of the plats and tax records that are cross indexed. Many of the Realtors have copies in their offices.
