Hi Elmolene, This is great to find a match. I didn't have the brother, Peter, but Barney had a son named Peter, so he must have named him for his brother (whic they did a lot-jut to confuse us I think). I do have another name for the parents though but the info was gotten from the Don Norman records and he says that he has several errors in his files, but it does give us a good starting point. One of the current generation researchers is very good and I don't know what she has, but I would love to exchange any info Bill, my husband, and I are going to Ireland in May and I hope to do some research there. Do you know if this is the country the Kerns are from and if so, what part of Ireland?
