They later lived in Lewis County then moving to Kanawha and Roane County areas with their children. I don't even have the names of her parents. David the father of the other Justus Heck was the son of Johann Yost Heck and his second wife Susannah Exline. As for the Kern side, I am still researching that line to see if there is any connection between the Smith family and Aaron Kern from Monongalia Co. Sherry
