I have a copy of a page from the "Index to 1890 Wise County Rolls", by Catherine Gonzales. It shows RISH (?), N.H. (5) 16. I am assuming it means Tax Records Volume 5 page 16. However, I am not certain of that. Would anyone be able to do a lookup for me to find information on N.H. Rish and or his wife Matilda? Thank you.
