He married Allie Bridges a daughter of Riley P. and Theodosia [Bowers] Bridges. Riley P. Bridges was the brother of John Thomas Bridges of Cottondale. These two Bridges families were early settlers of Wise Co. but was not related as far as I know. I think this is the same Tom Bridges ask about on the List--Edna Wood Paradise Historical Society
