    3. Hello, I am new to the list, and hope there is someone who can help me. I am trying to find out something about my g-grandmother's sister, Elizabeth "Bettie" BUTLER, who married Joe D. SUMMERS. I found them in 1900 Callahan Co., TX, and also in 1910 Mitchell Co., TX, living in Loraine. He was the owner of a dry goods store. In 1910 Mitchell Co., living next door to them was Allie B. and William H. Summers. I assume William H. Summers was the brother of Joe D. Summers. Leslie T. Summers was living with Allie B. and William H. Summers, and he was listed as brother. I found Allie and William H. Summers in 1920 living in Bridgeport. He was a grocery store merchant. There was a Walter E. BUTLER, 33, brother-in-law, along with his wife, Virginia, 23, and son, Carter G. Butler, 2, living with Allie and William H. Summers. This makes me believe that Allie must have been Allie BUTLER. Allie and William H. Summers had been married 6 years when the 1910 Mitchell Co., TX census was taken. Allie and William H. Summers were still in Bridgeport when the 1930 census was taken. I don't know what happened to Bettie Butler and Joe D. Summers. I assume they died between 1910 and 1920. I don't think Bettie and Joe had any children. I've been told they might have moved to Fort Worth and died here, but I have no idea when. Is there anyone on this list who might have any information about these folks? If there is, I'd love to hear from you, and will be happy to share what I have on these folks. Thanks, and have a wonderful evening. Best wishes, Sharon Clark Fort Worth, TX clarksha@swbell.net

    3. Sharon, Do you think this could be Elizabeth and Joe. they are buried in Rush Creek Cemetery in Wise County. The information for Lizzie was from an earlier cemetery survey as the stone is now missing. I can send you a photo of the headstone for J. Summers if you would like it. 3. I looked at the funeral records and found that the Lizzie Summers buried at Rush Creek IS Elizabeth, but the husband (J. buried at Rush Creek) is Jess L. - born in Jackson Co., AL - father Tom Summers. I can send you these funeral records if they would help. Sue ----- Original Message ----- From: "David E.
