Dave, I have been to the public library in Fayetteville several times but was researching my Knecht/Knight family. They settled in the Gilmer area and I got a lot of information at the geneology room there. They are in the process of re-opening the library, a brand new one, and should be up and running in the next week or so. Since I got on the Wise Co. link I have heard from a cousin of my husband's that we have not been in contact for a long time. Thanks again for your help. Faye
