    3. Diana, I found something interesting in the Texas Land Title Abstracts.. Grantee: B.C. Barnes, Patentee: Hrs of B. C. Barnes, Patent Date: 21 Jan 1960, Acres 160. District: Fannin, County Wise, File 1597, Patent # 474, Patent Volume: 29 B, Class: Fan Scr...... It appears that there was some legal action to settle the estate? Is it possible to get a list of the heirs referred to in the Patentee.....The date of January 1960 appears strange. Also is it possible to get a legal description of the property referred to?
