I meant to say: If you are using Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Express as your email program. Open the Hays email and place your cursor over his name in the FROM line and left click. Then right click his highlighted name and select from the drop down window BLOCK SENDER. Any future emails from him won't get into your mail box.
