A suggestion if you are using Microsoft Explorer or Microsoft Express as your email program. (I'm sure other email programs also have this capability). Open the Hays email and place your cursor over his name in the FROM line and left click. Then right click his highlighted name and select from the drop down window BLOCK SENDER. Any future emails from him won't get into your mail box.
