In my experience only about 10% of the births in this period were reported. page 193 Johnnie Jackson Jones (b. TN) and Mary Elizabeth Stevenson (b. GA) had a child: Joady Clarence Jones, born Oct 30, 1897, M, Alvord (reg. # 8664) That was the only birth listed for this couple. Sorry but Grover Carl Jones wasn't listed.
