Scroggins researchers in Wise County, I just stumbled on this list a few minutes ago when I was looking for a Talley burial in Pontotoc co. OK. I wondered if they might be of interest to somebody doing Scroggins research. I suspect this surname is much more common that I realize, but I thought I better send them along as there were a lot of them. These is just a sample from this one cemetery. I didn't notice any others in the other cemeteries. Thanks, David for even remembering the Scoggins from Wise Co. My G.Grandfather was S.C. (Chesley/Chester) he is buried out at East Mound. Some of this family connection are Dewbre, Gann, Koeninger, Horschlar, Jeter, Johnson, Fisher, Barnett, Southard, Jackson, Kindle, Holland. S.C. & Amanda/Mandy had 15 children. This is some of the surnames the children married. Oh I forgot to list Davis, that is who my grandmother married on 10 Sep 1897 Wise Co. TX David E.
