Hello Carla: I am so sorry to ready about the breakin at the Museum. It just tears me out of the frame to read about it. We have a house next to us, originally belonged to our daughter--it was empty, waiting on renovations--so what happens? Some vandals broke into it one weekend, and destroyed a lot of things in it--breaking windows out, tearing off doors, pouring paint on the carpet, breaking glass out of the pellet fireplace door, and the kitchen oven door--totaling about $25 to $30 thousand dollars--the sheriff is investigating, but no one has been caught as yet--and guess what? Our insurance doesn't cover it--since it had been empty over 60 days and since it was vandalized-can you imagine that? My husband says that if we remodel it now--and rent it out--we would never recover the cost of it--in our lifetime since we are senior citizens!!! Discouraging, isn't? I can imagine that it is even more disheartening to you and yours--it is to me, and I think the people who did that deserves whatever punishment they get-- All our thoughts and prayers are for your encouragement and let us hear about the work going on it.
