TX I am in the process of trying to identify everyone who is buried in Riverside Cemetery in Wichita Falls, TX. Records were destroyed in a fire in the 1930's and have been pieced back together. But many of those buried without a headstone have not been identified. If you have knowledge of someone who is buried at Riverside Cemetery who does not have a headstone and was buried prior to 1940 and you can provide me with absolute proof, i.e. an obituary, death certificate, funeral card or funeral record or a bible record, please send me their name and the proof that you might hold. My goal is to compile all of this information and turn it over to the city where it will be put on the City Cemetery List so that it can be preserved forever. I have a copy of their existing list, plus a survey and headstone photographs that I have done myself, plus some obituaries from early newspapers. Please respond to the e mail address below.
