Julie, I have a Webb family from Polk Co. TN. Martha E. Mattie Webb b. 1843 who married John Edward Ross b. 1840 (also from Polk Co. TN). They were in Wise County in the 1880 census. These were my great grandparents. The Wren family also came with them. All are buried in the New Hope Cemetery in Parker County (but less than a mile from the Wise County border. Martha Webb's parents were Pleasant Webb and Mariam Pannel (I believe). Is this a connection to your Webb line?
